* On February 8, 2023, the Board of Directors of Century Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) adopted a new, refreshed Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Revised Code”), which became effective immediately and applies to all employees, officers and directors of the Company and its subsidiaries. The primary intent of the Revised Code is to refresh it and put it in a presentation and format that is much easier to read and understand by employees. In addition to several pictures and formatting improvements, the Revised Code also incorporates minor changes to reflect certain best practices that have evolved since the Code was last amended, including:
- The addition of a short statement from our Co-Chief Executive Officers concerning the importance of adherence to the Revised Code;
- The inclusion of brief sections or statements concerning the use of social media, data privacy, and drug and alcohol policies; and
- Minor revisions to the section relating to employment practices.
